90733 - Haworth - KWVR 26-12-2007

Former Swedish Loco 90733 is seen here pulling into Haworth Station.
90733 was built in 1945 by Vulcan Foundry at Newton-le-Willows with works number 5200 for the Netherlands State Railways. In 1953 it was sold to Statens Jarnvagar (Swedish State Railways) and withdrawn in 1958. Fortunately the loco was stored under cover and was rediscovered by a group of KWVR members in a siding during the 1990s. 90733 (as it would become) was eventually returned England via Hull docks in Jan 1997
