37242 - Wigan Springs Branch CRDC - 26-12-2001

Mainline Blue Liveried 37242 (D6942) stands at the CRDC in April 2001 devoid of roof and many top-end engine components. 37242 looked to have escaped the cutters torch being bought be HNRC 2002 and restoration started for a customer in 2004. However work stopped and 242 was scrapped in 2006 by Booths.
