37167 (D6867, 37383) Was Withdrawn From Service By EWS on 22nd February 1998 as 37383 from Toton TMDs (TO) WKBN 37/0 & 37/3 Systemwide pool and sold to Riviera Trains in 2001 for overhaul and re-instatement.
However the planned overhaul never materialised and 37383 was scrapped onsite at LNWR Crewe by local contractors.
