Repair Book from 25289 whilst based at Birkenhead TMD (BK 8H).
The Book was new to the locomotive on 15th September 1983.
25289 (D7639) Was Withdrawn From Service Following Collision Damage Sustained at Preston Station on the 14th January 1984 the locomotive was first moved to Toton TMD (TO) and then on to Bescot TMD before being Scrapped at BREL Swindon Works in October 1984.
