Repair Book from 31304 whilst based at Old Oak Common TMD (OC).
The Book was new to the locomotive on 21st December 1978.
31304 (D5837) was Stored in March 1996 at Wigan Springs Branch TMD (SP) (photo) and Scrapped on site by EWS in July 1999.
