Repair Book from 31423 whilst based at Bristol Bath Road.
The Book was new to the locomotive during January 1979.
31423 (D5621, 31197) was Stored in September 1996 at Bescot TMD (BS) and eventually sold to Frangonset Railways and continued in store at Meldon Quarry until the the Break up of Fragonset in the Early 2007. 31423 Was eventually scrapped by TJ Thompson - Stockton on Tees during September 2009.
