Repair Book from 47599.
The Book was new to the locomotive on 16th September 1985.
47599 (D1772 47177 47743) Following a Collision 47743 was cut up on site (ECML) by BR during July 1995.
"Whilst hauling the 1E43 Low Fell to Bristol mail train, 47743 derailed at Shelton Bridge near York and fell down a 30 foot embankment. With difficulty the loco was recovered and stored in Skelton Junction sidings. Damage was severe and 47743 was withdrawn and cut-up on site by East Coast Infrastructure Services" (source)
